Coaching. You can’t build an athlete without teaching every single session.

At XL Sports Acceleration We Coach

Speed/Agility and Plyometric Training:

We start each session by focusing on improving your speed and agility or working on plyometric exercises to enhance your explosive power. These drills are designed to increase your reaction time, agility, and quickness, which are key to improving performance in any sport.

Conditioning:

To wrap up the session, we incorporate conditioning drills to boost endurance, stamina, and recovery. This portion focuses on cardiovascular fitness and ensures that athletes are prepared to sustain peak performance throughout the duration of their games and practices.

After the agility, plyometric or speed component, we move into strength training. This phase targets the development of functional strength, tailored to an athlete’s needs. Our trainers will help you build strength through compound movements, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises to improve overall athleticism.
